Dr. Tom Moskowitz specializes in Real Estate advisory and brokerage services for Assisted Living Facilities and other forms of senior care real estate. His extensive experience in senior housing includes assisted and independent lifestyles. He is licensed in both Florida and Lousiana.
Prior to joining Nirit Realty Inc., Tom gained broad experience with a Ph.D. in psychology. He operated a successful private practice, served as the Administrator of the state psychiatric hospital and as the Clinical Director of a private psychiatric hospital.
Dr. Moskowitz volunteered with the local population of Holocaust survivors and served as the Chairman of Children of Holocaust Survivors organization. He spoke at the local and national levels and developed unique education programs.
